Privacy Policy
This page summarises how Rilluno handles information in connection with our Salesforce administration subscription service. It is intentionally short and written in plain language. A more formal data protection addendum can be agreed with customers on request.
1. Information we handle
We work primarily with business contact details (name, work email, role), Salesforce configuration metadata, and limited usage or field information needed to perform admin tasks. We do not intentionally collect consumer data outside of what you share with us through Salesforce or the portal.
2. How we use information
We use the information you provide only to deliver and improve the Service: understanding your Salesforce setup, carrying out admin tasks, communicating about work in progress, billing, and support.
3. Access to your environments
We ask for the minimum access needed to perform agreed work, and prefer to work in sandboxes where possible. You remain in control of user accounts and can revoke access at any time.
4. Third-party services
We use reputable third-party providers for hosting, logging, and billing (for example, Vercel and Stripe). These providers only process data on our behalf in accordance with their own terms and applicable law.
5. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Configuration notes and implementation details may be retained to help support your account if you return in the future.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete contact details we hold about your users where permitted by law, and you can restrict or remove our access to your Salesforce environments at any time.
