Usually included

• Fields, layouts, record types, and small configuration updates.
• Reports and dashboards (new or tweaks).
• Small validation-rule updates.
• Minor updates to existing automation (simple Flow tweaks).
• Permission updates limited to ≤ 2 profiles and/or permission sets.
• Small Experience Cloud / portal configuration tweaks (when applicable).

Usually not included

• Net-new complex automation (multi-object, heavy logic, performance work).
• Permission model redesigns across many profiles/perm sets.
• Integrations, custom code, CI/CD, or architecture work.
• Data migrations, dedupe programs, or large data cleanups.
• Large portal builds, redesigns, or multi-team initiatives.

Guardrails

• ~3 hours or less of hands-on admin work.
• One outcome / one area per request (no bundling).
• Clear acceptance criteria so it can be tested.

If it's bigger than subscription

We'll classify it and propose the right path: fixed-price discovery, a Small / Medium / Large project, or dev time blocks. Projects are billed separately and only start after you approve the price.
